Welcome to our Shipping Page.
We do ship outside of the USA.
We offer direct shipping within the United States, to all US Territories, Canada, some European Countries (Great Britain, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland), and Australia. All orders are insured within the USA at no extra charge.
Please note for everyone outside of the US, you will be charged **extra for insurance, for each order from our site. We will send you a PayPal Money Request for insurance charges, after we have received your order/payment. You will also be responsible for all tariffs, taxes, customs and brokerage fee's and any other incurred fee's.
It will take longer for you to receive your order. On average ten business days from the day your order is shipped. *This doesn't include Special Orders.
Most orders are shipped out the next business day. We will notify you when your order leaves our shop, and when you can expect to receive it (within the USA, most orders are received within five business days from day of shipment). We will supply you with a tracking number ( If you live outside the USA we will provide you with a tracking number if you have insured your shipment). If you choose not to insure your order, then you will take full responsibility for lose and/or damage in shipping (international orders).
If you are ordering customized merchandise, please order way in advance of the time you will be needing it. This includes the time it takes to make your order and the time it will take to ship.
Due to the handmade nature of our customized merchandise, you will be put on a list, in the order that we receive your order request. We will notify you of the estimated time it will take for us to complete and ship your order.
During this process we will be in constant contact with you. All Special Orders are final and can not be returned or refunded. We will be happy to work with you if any problems arise.
We use the fastest, inexpensive mail service available (USPS). If you would like your order overnight (dose not include customized orders or outside of the USA shipments), please send us an email: JewelsDesigns@artlover.com
We only except PayPal (for all orders in and outside of the USA), and Western Union Money Orders/Transfers (for order shipped within the USA).
