If you purchase from us, you may exchange your purchase for something of equal or lesser value (except for customized orders, which cannot be returned for an exchange). You will always have three days (from the day you receive your order) to notify Jewels Designs, of your displeasure with your order.

If a previously listed item, color, shape, and/or design, is no longer available, the change will be posted on the item or item description.
Due to the fact that most of our merchandise is handmade, and one-of-a-kind, we will not have two of any item, or we may not be able to obtain supplies to make a duplicate. This applies to everything except, customized orders. For example: If you order 2 pairs of the same style earrings, then you will get what you order.
PASSWORDS
You are responsible for keeping your password secure, at all times. If you give your password to someone else, your account with us will be terminated. If you feel your password has been compromised, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will help you set up another password and cancel your old one.

It is also governed by the state of New York, where we are based. All pricing is in US Dollars.
